Temperature: 34-36 °C
Effects: body water massage, blood circulation improvement and relief
FINNISH SAUNA
Recommended period: 5-15 minutes
Temperature: 90-100 °C
Humidity: 15-25 %
Effects: relaxing, immunity strenghtening, prevention from communicable diseases.
Not recommended: for people with heart diseases, people having suffered the heart attack, people with high blood pressure, acute infectious diseases, for people under the influence of alcohol and people over 70 years of age.

Rate for accommodation includes entry to the Wellness & Spa centre during the opening hours. It is a daily single entry for maximum of 3 hours in the Wellness. For any further entry to the Wellness follow the pricelist.
External guests (not staying in the Grandhotel Praha Tatranská Lomnica) will be charged the entrance fee to the Wellness according to the pricelist, stay for maximum of 3 hours.
